Phone Services:

Family and friends can download the CIDNET android App on the Google Play Store on their mobile devices or go to www.cidnet.com. They will then need to register and enter all the required information. Family and friends will then be able to purchase data to video chat or sent text messages.

Commissary:

Must be ordered by a family member or friend by Sunday to get their order Thursday of each week., The phone number for you to order items is 1-800-546-6283. The website is www.necountypackages.com or the address is Access Securepak (NE)  10880 Linpage Place, St. Louis, MO 63132.

There is not limit to what you can order. However, if the inmate is a diabetic or has other dietary health conditions, we reserve the right to monitor their food intake. 

Visitation Hours:

Tuesday         2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Thursday       2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The following visiting regulations shall apply:

* Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Married persons under the age of 18 shall be considered an adult when visiting  an incarcerated spouse.

* Visitors must provide identification, when requested to do so, prior to admission. 

* Any request for visits outside the normal visiting times must be approved by the Sheriff or Jail Administrator.

* Visitation time is limited to 30 minutes. The time may be extended if no one else is waiting. 

* Visitation may be denied or stopped at any time. Jail staff will provide documentation for denying or stopping the visit.

Professional visitors (such as attorneys, clergy, counselors, probation officers etc.) may visit at any reasonable time.

Mail:

All incoming, non-legal mail will be opened and inspected for contraband. Legal mail (attorneys, the courts, public officials or representatives of the media) will be treated as legal mail ONLY if the name and official status of the sender appear on the envelope. All legal mail will be opened and inspected. After receipt of mail it will be delivered as soon as possible. Outgoing mail may be inspected, censored, or opened, when there are reasonable grounds to believe that the safety and security of the jail or the public is endangered.
